Artist's Description

Hosta Hoofin' 24" x 24" acrylic on gallery wrap canvas. This painting is my version of many a gardener's favorite shrub, hostas. I had fun just letting go and playing up a lively movement with the textured, animated brushstrokes is the background and the colors in the highlights and shadows. These hostas are dancing, hoofin' it, on canvas.
